Directions

Directions for use of this product seem pretty straight forward.  The first step is to wash and dry the intended area of use.  The next step is to apply the accelerator part of the two part system and to wait one minute.  Then apply the sustained release portion of the product by massaging it into the skin in a circular motion.  For best results, repeat these steps twice daily.  Results should be seen in as little as three weeks.  The dosage amount for this product is unclear.

Price

As previously stated, this TriLASTIN product is a two part system.  For the purchase price of $79.00, you will receive one 5.5 ounce tube of the stretch mark cream and one 3 ounce tube of the accelerator cream.  The website has a limited time promotional offer.  If the consumer purchases two of the two part system product, they will receive a third two part system for free.  The manufacturer also offers free shipping for purchases over $90.00.

What To Expect

After following directions and using this product for about a month, I have seen decent results.  Some of my stretch marks have indeed faded while others have not.  As far as preventing stretch marks, I have not had any new ones to speak of.  Results are expected within three weeks of using this product.  Although I have seen minimal results, I will continue to use to see if there is further improvement.

Keep An Eye Out

No information could be found regarding side effects for this product.  However, their website claims that this fragrance free and hypoallergenic product is completely safe for use.  It has also been tested in an FDA approved independent laboratory.

Manufacturer’s Commitment

TriLASTIN offers a 90 day guarantee on their products.  They will refund or exchange for another product as long as the consumer adheres to a few guidelines.  While this product is available on line and in retail stores, TriLASTIN will only honor returns of product purchased via their 800 number or on their website.  They ask that any product purchased at a retail store be returned directly to that store.  The 90 day guarantee does not cover shipping and handling costs.  An RMA number must be obtained for returning product as well.  The manufacturer is also not responsible for lost shipments.

The Bottom Line

TriLastin seems to be quite the popular product among users.  The reviews found showed a mixed bag, but the majority of these reviews were positive in nature.  The directions for use are easy to follow as well.  On the downside, the price point for this product may not be cost effective for many users.  The fact that it is a two step procedure may also make consumers looking for ease of use to look elsewhere for their stretch mark needs.
